Terms of Service

Who you are contracting with

These Terms of Service govern your use of Collective Trust at collectivetrust.us (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Develofi, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, located at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702 ("we," "us").

B3IP Holdings, Inc. owns the Collective Trust trademarks and the underlying intellectual property and licenses them to Develofi, LLC.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

License to use the Service

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose: requesting quotes from member contractors, applying for membership, and, for members, managing referrals and related work.

Prohibited uses

You may not misuse the Service, including by submitting false information, impersonating others, scraping or harvesting data, interfering with security, uploading unlawful or infringing material, or using contact details obtained through the Service for unsolicited marketing.

Accounts

Member accounts are invite-only. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in codes secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@develofi.com about any unauthorized use.

Member contractors

Member contractors are independent businesses. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee their work. Any contract for services is between you and the contractor.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos, files, and other content you upload. You grant Develofi, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service as needed to operate it.

You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it. We may remove content at our discretion.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Develofi, LLC, B3IP Holdings, Inc., and their officers and employees from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.

Changes and contact
