How they differ
Two layers, two jobs.
Collective Trust Credit
Pay it forward: a completed job earns 5% of the invoice, up to $500, toward your next project with a different trade within 30 days, funded by the member who earns that follow-on work. Locked once a chapter votes it in. This is the trust floor.
Offer Book
Bigger, trade-specific, and member-controlled. A member changes their offer whenever they want, whether seasonal, promotional, or capacity-driven.
Integrity note: an offer that is expired, false, or not honored as published is treated as misrepresentation and can trigger a formal complaint under the chapter's reputation standard.
