Enter your own numbers. Every figure below updates live against the fixed $1,000 monthly dues, not priced per lead. The more you put in, the more you get out.
The co-op, itemized
$1,000 a month. Fixed, not per-lead.
Your dues fund a marketing & advertising co-op run by an experienced advertising agency, plus chapter administration, including lead sharing, tracking, and the homeowner opt-in pool. Expand either line to see exactly where the money goes. Referral fees on closed-won jobs are separate and set by each trade; they're never part of dues. The more you put in, the more you get out.
Marketing & Advertising Co-op
Pooled with the other 19 members and managed by an experienced advertising agency on the chapter's behalf.
$500
Chapter Administration
Runs the chapter itself: the systems and people that make lead sharing work.
$500
Fixed at $1,000/month, reported to the chapter monthly like a P&L. Referral fees on closed-won jobs are separate, set by each trade, and never raise your dues.

Estimated monthly result
Net monthly value
$6,484
Same job volume at your stated cost per lead: $3,394 per month versus flat $1,000 in dues.
Illustrative estimate based on the numbers you entered and the assumptions above, and it is not a guarantee of leads, jobs, or income. Actual results depend on market conditions, service quality, and real chapter opt-in activity. The Opt-In Co-op Fund is capped and pooled; your actual payout depends on chapter-wide participation that month.
Referral fees
Every trade sets its own referral fee.
Separate from dues. Each member company publishes a referral fee with a minimum and maximum: a flat fee per closed-won job or a percentage of the invoice. Like modern real estate, the fee is known and locked at the time the job is quoted, and you're free to adjust yours as your business needs change.
You set the terms
Flat fee or % of invoice, with a published min and max. Change it anytime as your margins and seasonality shift.
Known at quote time
The fee is locked in when the job is quoted: no surprises, no renegotiation after the work is done.
Tracked to payout
CollectiveTrust acts as escrow: jobs close won or lost with a verified reason, and fees are remitted company-to-company.
For your sellers and techs, a published min-and-max referral fee is bonus income with a known range, and that visibility is exactly what creates the urgency to log the lead while the opportunity is hot.
